How It All Began
The Problem We Saw (2022)
Our founders — educators and tech entrepreneurs — watched school administrators drowning in spreadsheets, paper records, and disconnected software tools. Schools across Africa were spending more time managing paperwork than educating students. Fee collection was chaotic, results were delayed, and parent communication was nearly non-existent.
Building the Solution (2023)
We spent a year working directly with school owners, teachers, parents, and students to understand their real needs. We didn't just build software — we built relationships. The result was Schooxie: a comprehensive platform designed specifically for how African schools actually work.
Growing Impact (2024 – Present)
Today, Schooxie serves over 500 schools across 10+ African countries. From nursery schools to polytechnics, our platform handles everything from student results to fee collection, staff payroll to parent communications — all designed to help schools make better decisions every day.
